Exxon could delay or cancel its Baytown hydrogen project in wake of 'big, beautiful bill'

As the "big, beautiful bill" included a shortened timeline for 45V tax credits, Exxon said it is determining if the hydrogen market will be able to develop enough to make its huge Baytown project worth pursuing.
