North Texas Food Bank gets $3 million from Albertsons, Tom Thumb

Major grocery chains are giving millions to the North Texas Food Bank and a local credit union is also open its wallet for a donation. The food bank is working on a five-year initiative to increase its impact. According to the nonprofit, one in five children in DFW faces food insecurity.
