Joanna is the best. We met through a mutual friend. She helped my daughter to rent a few times. I wouldn’t buy a condo if I didn’t know Joanna. She was the main reason we decided to purchase a condo. She did not disappoint. She helped us through the whole process. We did find and purchase a gorgeous condo. She also helped us renovating it. She is a great agent but her vast knowledge of everything about building, renovating and planning is surprisingly outstanding. Joanna has connections to all the contractors.
