CenterPoint Energy reaches $3.18B resiliency plan agreement. Here's why $2.6B was dropped from the plan.

In its original plan, CenterPoint included an additional $2.57 billion in investments, particularly in transmission resiliency, in order to be more transparent. But an executive told the HBJ that the company still plans to invest in transmission resiliency.
