Active suburban developer proposes industrial park in fast-growing city
The Houston-based developer, which has put a focus on the Austin suburbs, is expected next month to be considered for a development agreement and the establishment of a public improvement district for the project. It's located just north of Limmer Loop along the SH 130 Toll Road.
