Vertical construction at Fields West is expected to begin this fall, marking a major milestone in the highly anticipated $2 billion mixed-use development. The development is expected to be built out in three phases and "moisture conditioning" for the first phase finished in late April, architecture firm Gensler told the Dallas Business Journal during an exclusive construction tour of the site on April 29.
