Tyson Cole's Uchiko expanding to Maryland
James Beard-honored chef Tyson Cole is bringing Uchiko, a smoky offshoot of his Japanese sushi spot Uchi, to Maryland. Cole's restaurants are spreading across the country, opening in Hollywood, New York and everywhere in between.
