Transformative 2-tower development headed to Dallas' Design District

A developer duo is launching a transformative mixed-use project that will include two towers and tons of high-retail space. They say goals include bringing more residents to the Design District and creating a more walkable environment. But the developers also want to capture the spirit of the district and preserve some of what makes it such a desirable destination in Dallas.
