The Farm in Allen nabs first office tenant
A Dallas-based manufacturing company is the first tenant to move into FarmWorks One, a new 102,000-square-foot Class A office building in Allen. The building is part of The Farm in Allen, a 135-acre mixed-use development on the southeast corner of Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Road.
