Texas Supreme Court clears way for more development in Austin's fastest-growing suburb

The ruling essentially clears the way for Dripping Springs to put the long-litigated wastewater issue to rest. Business leaders have said the previously limited wastewater treatment capacity caused them to consider projects elsewhere, making it more difficult to bring in new retail.
