Site plan approved for high-rise hotel in multibillion-dollar Firefly Park

Construction is expected to begin this year on a 190-room hotel at Firefly Park in Frisco. Wilks Development LLC, the developer behind the 217-acre project near the Dallas North Tollway, expects to finish infrastructure work by the end of April.
