Samsung finalizes CHIPS Act incentive; scope of factory less than previously announced

Even though it's been downsized, the total investment in Samsung's Taylor and North Austin sites is still a huge sum that ranks among the largest investments in U.S. history. This news comes on the heels of ABJ reporting that many local semiconductor supplies aren't as bullish on growth as they were a year ago. In fact, some are hitting the pause button.
