Parker Co. ranch land to become $500M mixed-use project

A ranching community west of Fort Worth is set to see what it calls the one of the largest developments in its history: an estimated $500 million mixed-use project on 317 acres that will include houses, apartments, light industrial buildings and more. A developer involved says he wants to bring more stores and kinds of housing to the area.
