New developer makes 1,500-acre, 2,400+ home bet on fast-growing area east of Dallas

Terra Nova is the newly formed development firm’s first project and will feature 2,400 detached homes, about 1,200 apartments and about 145 acres of parks and trails, plus extensive commercial space. The massive Terra Nova project aims to transform over 1,500 acres of Kaufman County land into a thriving mixed-use neighborhood.
