New condos coming online in the Austin area

The 2025 list of new condominium properties in the area is compiled in partnership Zonda Advisory, which provided the data. The list is ranked by number of units under construction at the property. Only condos under development, or closed, during 2024 are considered. The number of units closed is an estimate based on deed transactions as of Dec. 31, 2024. Projects under 10 units are not considered. According to Zonda, there were 1,310 condo units under construction or closed in 2024. By comparison, Zonda reported 2,047 condo units under construction or closed in 2023. Information encompasses the five-county Austin area: Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties.
