Information on The List was obtained from CommGate.com/Houston Realtors Information Services Inc. In case of ties, buildings are ranked by available square footage, then year built if ties remain. The Houston Business Journal cannot independently verify List info. Some buildings do not have any available square footage. They may be full, they may be a single-tenant building or they are not currently looking for tenants. Some buildings only have sublease space available. In those cases, the leasing representative would not represent the building owner.
