Houston-based developer eyes project with data center in Round Rock
Representatives for Highland Resources Inc. on Oct. 16 received a recommendation from the Round Rock Planning and Zoning Commission to establish a planned unit development on the east side of Chisholm Trail Road and south of Old Settlers Boulevard.
