Here are 44 heavy hitters inking office leases for landlords in the Austin area

Office Landlord leases rebounded somewhat last year. In all, 44 Heavy Hitters are included in the 2025 online list for this category with a threshold of 10,000 s.f. for the total amount leased per agent. The top 25 listmakers for landlord leases are credited with leasing a combined total of 6.1 million square feet in 2024. This is up from nearly 4.8 million square feet leased in 2023. Information for the Heavy Hitters lists was supplied by brokerage representatives through a nomination form. Only office lease transactions on the landlord rep side closed during 2023 are considered for this category and may not include all activity for the broker or agent. All agents are required to provide a spreadsheet verifying square footage and the number of transactions for each category entered. Square footage reported requires shared deals to be split among coworkers handling the deal. All rankings represent just the agent’s portion of any deal. Representative deals reflect total square footage of the deal.
