Here are 42 heavy hitters making land deals in the Austin area

Land sales is the newest Heavy Hitter list to join the ranks of the ABJ lists recognizing local commercial real estate brokers and agents. The inaugural list debuts with 3,816.2 acres transacted across 77 deals for the top 25 listmakers. In all, 42 heavy hitters are included in the online list. Information for the 2025 Heavy Hitters lists was supplied by brokerage representatives through a nomination form. Only land sales closed during 2024 are considered for this category and may not include all activity for the broker or agent. This list is ranked by units sold. All agents are required to provide a spreadsheet verifying units and the number of transactions for the category entered. Shared deals must be split among coworkers handling the deal. Rankings represent just the agent’s portion of any deal. Representative deals reflect total units of the deal.
