The 2025 list of office parks highlights 27 building complexes around the Austin area. Properties are ranked by square feet and only office parks with multiple buildings are included on this list. Listmakers provide over 21 million s.f. of space for employees to stretch out across the Greater Austin area. Information provided by Cushman and Wakefield Inc. Properties must have more than one tenant occupying space to be eligible. Owner-occupied and single-tenant properties are not eligible. Flex space––defined as properties with overhead doors––is considered industrial and not included. Building class determined by professional opinion of Cushman and Wakefield Inc.
