Grapevine's Hotel Vin plans to expand, doubling in size by 2026
About two to three months ago, the hospitality group secured land on the east side of the hotel’s parking garage from its former owners, Sunbelt Rentals. Ever since the hotel launched, Coury Hospitality has been trying to negotiate with Sunbelt on the 2.6 acres “for a significant period of time.”
