David Hoffmann, who has an estimated net worth of $1.6 billion, wants to become America's next newspaper baron. He already owned a big stake in Lee Enterprises, owner of The St. Louis Post-Dispatch and The Buffalo News. Now he's taken a position in the parent company of the Dallas Morning News.
