Evergreen Residential secures $1B in commitments to invest in housing
Dallas-based Evergreen Residential Holdings has secured around $1 billion in capital commitments, which the firm said underscores a continued appetite for residential real estate among institutional investors. The money will go toward Evergreen's equity, lending and property management businesses, and could also be used for build-to-rent projects.
