Endeavor plans retail project in fast-growing Georgetown
The development will feature a Shake Shack, Velvet Taco, Chipotle, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Jetset Pilates, Heartland Dental and more. The first phase is made up of 33,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space across three buildings and is already 65% pre-leased. Included in this report is a list of retail centers in the Austin metro.
