Dallas city manager search drags on after Monday's special meeting

Council member Jaynie Schultz — one of three council members who called the meeting — said delaying the process is a disservice to the city of Dallas and its residents. She added the search committee hasn't met for three months, and the process hasn't been entirely transparent.
