Creation Equity unveils $1.3 billion project in McKinney set to transform major intersection

Dallas-based real estate firm Creation Equity plans to start construction this year on Long Branch, a $1.3 billion mixed-use development that will transform the northwest corner of U.S. Highway 75 and the future U.S. 380 bypass in McKinney into a walkable destination.
