Construction begins on $61 million recycling facility in Frisco

Construction on a new $61 million recycling facility in Frisco is underway. Once operational, the site will employ more than 50 people and process recyclables from Frisco, McKinney and nearby communities. Company leaders say the project was more than a decade in the making and was driven by significant growth in the region.
