Construction activity is steady in Dripping Springs but developers want to do more

While construction levels in Dripping Springs have not reached the heydays of 2020 and 2021, construction permits last year set a new benchmark. But, developers want to build even more in the fast-growing suburb, though the lack of wastewater service is driving away some businesses and projects and stalling others.
