Billionaire Andrew Beal moves step closer to Highland Park zoning change for new mansion

The Highland Park Zoning Commission has given the OK to a request by Andrew Beal, the founder of Beal Bank, to change the town's zoning requirements — with a stipulation. The case will head next to the Highland Park Town Council.
