Austin Business Journal highlights Austin-based banks with headquarters in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties. The list is ranked by local deposits. Data is provided by the FDIC Deposit Market Share reports as of June 30, 2024 and includes assets, branches and market share. ABJ surveys each bank to update number of local employees and bank executives. Overall, locally based banks had combined deposits of $6.8 billion and assets of $8.1 billion as of June 30, 2023.
