Austin opts to re-evaluate selection process used to pick ABIA public art

The delay is aimed at providing time for city staff to re-evaluate the process it used in selecting the artists and to “ensure meaningful participation from Austin-based artists,” according to the memo by Angela Means, director of the office of arts, culture, music and entertainment.
