4 companies sign leases at renovated but older office tower in North Dallas
Radio station owner Audacy represented the largest lease in the group. The company decided to leave its offices near Uptown and move up the highway. It signed for a full floor in Lakeside Square at 24,000 square feet, which will include recording equipment and sound studios.
